By using BACODO's services, the Customer agrees to comply with this Policy.

  • Protect the Customer.
  • Protect systems and technical infrastructure.
  • Ensure every project complies with applicable law.

2. Lawful Use

The Customer may only use the service for lawful purposes.

The Customer is fully responsible for:

  • Content.
  • Data.
  • Images.
  • Videos.
  • Documents.
  • Software.
  • APIs.
  • Their own services.

3. Prohibited Content

BACODO will not develop or support projects related to:

  • Fraud.
  • Phishing.
  • Malware.
  • Viruses.
  • Ransomware.
  • Spam.
  • Spam bots.
  • Data theft.
  • Financial fraud.
  • Illegal gambling.
  • Money laundering.
  • Counterfeit goods trading.
  • Drugs.
  • Illegal weapons.
  • Terrorist content.
  • Content that incites violence.
  • Child sexual abuse material.
  • Privacy violations.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Other unlawful activities.

BACODO reserves the right to refuse or immediately terminate a project if any of the above conduct is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

The Customer represents that all:

  • Logos.
  • Images.
  • Videos.
  • Fonts.
  • Content.
  • Documents.
  • Brand assets.

provided to BACODO are either lawfully owned by the Customer or properly licensed for use.

BACODO is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from materials provided by the Customer.

5. Account Security

The Customer is responsible for securing:

  • Accounts.
  • Passwords.
  • API keys.
  • Tokens.
  • SSH keys.
  • Verification codes.

BACODO is not responsible for damages resulting from the Customer's exposure of login credentials.

6. Attacks on Systems

The Customer must not:

  • Attack BACODO's systems.
  • Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning.
  • Perform DDoS attacks.
  • Perform unauthorized reverse engineering.
  • Exploit security vulnerabilities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers or data.

7. Resource Use

The Customer may not use BACODO's services to:

  • Send spam.
  • Mine cryptocurrency without authorization.
  • Run bots that cause overload.
  • Distribute malicious software.
  • Store unlawful content.
  • Carry out activities that affect the infrastructure of BACODO or other customers.

8. Legal Compliance

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that its use of BACODO's products and services complies with the law in the country or region where the Customer operates.

BACODO does not provide legal advice to the Customer.

9. Right to Refuse Service

BACODO reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service if it detects:

  • A violation of this Policy.
  • A violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Payment fraud.
  • A request to develop unlawful software.
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward BACODO staff.
  • The provision of false or fraudulent information.

In such cases, BACODO has no obligation to continue providing the service or to refund fees already incurred, as set out in the Refund Policy.
